Job Description About the Role Salary range: $72,000 - $80,000 p.a + Super As the Executive Producer Support Officer, you'll be the backbone of the team, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. You'll work closely with the Commercial Operations Manager/Executive Producer to keep operations smooth and communication seamless. Key Responsibilities: Manage calendars and schedules to keep the team on track. Prepare and print essential documents for meetings and production days. Keep scripts, research, and production documents in perfect order. Provide administrative assistance to the Commercial Operations Team as needed. Attend and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Support producers, executive producers, and talent with logistics and planning. Secure footage and photos from third-party sources and manage the content library. Travel to various locations to assist with field shoots. Work with internal departments and third-party providers to create content. Assist with all channel needs, from pre-production to 'On Air'. Qualifications About you General knowledge in Live Broadcast systems and content delivery. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with a diverse set of stakeholders. Experience with cloud-based production and streaming platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs. Experience with project management tools desired. Demonstrated experience with video editing software (Premiere, Final Cut) is desired. Availability to work on weekends and out of hours as required, including attendance at race meetings.
