What This Job Involves We’re seeking a highly motivated and organised Executive Team Assistant and Finance Manager to provide professional and efficient support to the Agribusiness Valuation Advisory team in our Adelaide office. Core Responsibilities: Financials: Take responsibility for monthly invoicing and ensure all invoicing is completed and delivered to clients in a timely and accurate manner. Coordinate (with the assistance of the VAST team) the coding and submission of team expenses. Coordinate (with the assistance of the VAST team) the coding and submission of Cash reimbursements. Arrange payment of accounts associated with the Argi team, including purchase orders. Monitoring team fee and revenue forecasts. Documentation: Coordinate the production of texts and lengthy documents, presentations and submissions, ensuring a quality final product (layout, grammar, language). Assist in the preparation of correspondence, valuation reports, proposals, submissions and other documentation. General Administrative Duties: International and domestic travel co-ordination (including flights, accommodation and rental cars). Assistance in organisation of team meetings – agenda, minutes, distribution of required documentation. Soft copy file management including set up of folders and archiving client files. On-boarding new comers / departure list. Ordering team stationery (e.g. business cards, note books). Assist to organise client events. Event Co-ordination (staff and/or client events). Other tasks as required to support other administrative support team members. Sound like you? To apply you need to have: Bookkeeping or Financial Reporting Experience: Experience in expense management, invoice creating and basic financial reporting. Customer Service: A drive to provide courteous and helpful assistance to both internal and external customers. Teamwork: Demonstrate teamwork to all levels of the Business Unit in all aspects of work and help promote continuous improvement throughout the organisation. Continuing Education: Adequate education in office skills or sufficient experience in relevant field. Key Skills: Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication, organizational, grammatical and time-management skills. A high level of high attention to detail. Team player willing to help grow the business. Experience formatting and editing lengthy documents. Strong organisational skills. Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions when required. Employee Specification: Bookkeeping / EA / Secretarial or equivalent role experience within a Professional Services organisation. Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). TAFE or Business Studies Diploma will be viewed favourably. What can you expect from us?
