The Exercise Physiologist will work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team, patients / consumers and their support networks to provide specialised assessment, exercise prescription, health education and delivery of individual and group exercise services and lifestyle and behaviour modification programs, with the aim of improving physical and mental health, functional capacity and quality of life.The position also involves the delivery of health promotion activities, and supporting the senior exercise physiologist/allied health clinicians to supervise student clinical placements.A Little About Us.
