About your new role Due to our expanding regional teams, we have exciting opportunities for New Graduate OR Experienced Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, & Exercise Physiologists! Within your new role as a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be inducted through an extensive training induction based at our head office in Sydney. We offer ongoing support from your team leader and a buddy system to set you up for success. You will build up to managing your own portfolio of clients with their return to work plan by: Managing a portfolio of return-to-work files Completing one-off assessments and making recommendations Attending medical appointments and communicating complex medical information back to insurer customers Initial assessments, workplace assessments, ADL assessments Writing insurance reports Communicating with injured workers, employers, doctors, and other medical professionals to ensure appropriate intervention Facilitating a safe and timely graduated return to work plan Documenting case notes as part of reporting and compliance requirements About You Tertiary qualified in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy Full registration with AHPRA/ESSA Car and valid Driver’s license Police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment Pinnacle Rehab is an equal opportunity employer who encourages applications from suitably qualified candidates from all cultures, ages, religions, and genders.
