YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY We are on the hunt for a passionate, high-performing People Leader who will play a critical role in shaping the future of our iconic brand. In this position, you will lead and collaborate with a team responsible for delivering a unique and highly coveted experience across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the General Manager of People & Culture, this exciting role will be accountable for: Developing and implementing enterprise-wide development and engagement programs. Partnering with our Business Units to identify critical future-focused capabilities. Optimising our talent engine to ensure our development and succession foundations are effective. Embed a greater sense of connection amongst our team. Identify practical solutions to strengthen our engagement and retention practices. Track and encourage team members' progression through training frameworks. Identify training gaps to evolve our current learning pathways. Work with P&C and Heads of Retail to develop a training and engagement calendar. Coordinate and facilitate training workshops. Identify and coach key SMEs in each market. Organise and coordinate engagement activities. Undertake store visits to review training outcomes. THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US This role requires a practical focus, underpinned by an empowering and authentic leadership style. You will possess: Experience and a love for Retail. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field is highly desirable. Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience designing and delivering training programs. Confident communicator with an engaging facilitation style. High emotional intelligence with the ability to inspire others. A keen eye for process improvements. Strong project management skills. Experience using Learning Management Systems. Familiarity with adult learning principles. Ability to build resilient relationships with stakeholders. Ability to work autonomously but also collaborate as part of a team.
