The Role: Currently seeking an Experienced Cosmetic Injector to fill a Full-time position (4-days) or 2x Part-time positions (2-days) available. The ideal candidate MUST have a minimum of 2+ years in delivering cosmetic injectables, with a strong ability to consult and prescribe cosmetic treatments. The candidate MUST maintain the highest medical safety standards and be able to work collaboratively within our team. Key responsibilities: Complete full patient assessments accurately and compassionately to create personalized treatment plans. Administer cosmetic injections including anti-wrinkle, dermal fillers, bio-remodelling, PRP injections, and collagen stimulating injections. Discuss other non-injectable treatments and refer to our dermal therapists for Laser / Morpheus8 treatments and skincare products. Adopt a consultative approach and comfortably discuss a treatment plan and pricing whilst managing patient expectations. Deliver customer satisfaction and ensure patient engagement and follow-up. Deal with patient complaints or inject treatment complications. Demonstrate a sound knowledge of facial and skin anatomy and physiology. Capture before and after photography with high quality and consistency. Complete accurate medical records & documentation. Alleviate any patient concerns about procedural details. Ensure compliance with all safety and medical standards. Maintain a professional code of ethics at all times. Remuneration: Preferred arrangement is as a contractor working with own ABN & Insurance. Uncapped earning potential. Industry leading % commission split (based on experience). Earn $1000's /shift! Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in general medicine and 2 years in Cosmetic Medicine/Cosmetic Injecting. AHPRA Registration. Experience in managing adverse reactions and complications. Current CPR/First Aid certificates. AACDS Post Grad Cosmetic Nursing or higher (highly desirable). Optional : Possess a current Laser License or previous laser experience. General Items: A strong passion for the advanced cosmetics, skin & laser industry. A good eye for detail and symmetry. Genuine interest in cosmetic services, skin rejuvenation, and anti-aging. Stay updated on cosmeceuticals and emerging trends in the field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
