Add expected salary to your profile for insights We are seeking a casual, full-time, or part-time fitness coach to join our team at BFT Unley & West Lakes. As a BFT Coach, you will play an integral part in making members across our studios feel welcome the moment they step foot inside our studios, whilst providing the motivation and coaching to transform their fitness journeys. What you'll be doing Coach members in structured gym classes, providing motivation and guidance to achieve fitness goals. Set up and pack up classes, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for members. Assist in sales promotions for the studio, contributing to new member conversion and studio membership growth. Film content for social media promotions, enhancing brand visibility and engagement. Contribute to the general cleaning and maintenance of the studio, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for members. About you Here at BFT, we embrace people from all walks of life; however, to be ultimately successful in this position, we would love for you to possess the following: Relevant experience as a personal trainer or group fitness instructor/coach. A Certificate IV in Personal Training, Certificate III in Group Fitness or currently studying an exercise science diploma or bachelor’s degree. Aspirations to create a positive and vibrant culture within the club. A commercial mindset to ensure membership sales opportunities are capitalised on. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to talk to a wide variety of people. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Highly motivated and optimistic, with a can-do attitude. Outstanding time management and organisational skills. The willingness to be hands-on with maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment. We incorporate scientifically proven training techniques aimed at reducing fat and creating lean muscle through a variety of 50-minute training sessions that are overseen by world-class, highly accredited coaches in a dynamic group environment.
