You'll handle everything from managing incoming enquiries and scheduling trades to invoicing and general administrative support. What You'll Be Doing: Manage day-to-day office operations and support the Director. Handle customer and general enquiries professionally and efficiently. Schedule trades, book jobs, process quotes, and invoices. Coordinate job cost tracking and materials ordering. Design and implement systems to improve workflow and efficiency (using tools like Asana and System Hub). Provide training and foster a positive team culture.
