Role Overview: As an In-Field Solar Renewable Energy Specialist based out of our Coomera office, you’ll be the face of Auswell Energy, engaging directly with homeowners and business owners to educate them on the benefits of solar power and guiding them through the transition. While we provide leads to get you started, you’ll also need to actively pursue your own opportunities. Your primary role will involve conducting onsite consultations, along with time spent in the office assessing energy needs and liaising with our technical and electrical engineers to craft custom solar solutions tailored to each customer’s unique requirements. What We're Looking For: Highly motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a strong passion for closing deals. Proven experience in residential solar. Demonstrated success in business development, direct sales, in-field consultations. Outstanding interpersonal abilities, enabling you to establish strong connections and trust with customers. Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours to meet customer needs. Comfortable with technology and eager to continuously learn and grow.
