We are a member of the Pickering Group of Companies with a wide representation throughout the Northern Territory, regional Queensland, and South Eastern Queensland. THE ROLE Due to growth and expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our team in Caloundra. This role will require a truly passionate and dedicated sales consultant who can take up the challenge of delivering the ultimate customer experience and achieving KPIs with a primary focus on customer satisfaction. With strong people skills, you will be proactive in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships whilst growing the dealership's customer base. Candidates must also be able to display the following requirements: Be proficient with basic computer skills. Hold a current Australian Driver’s License (mandatory). Be able to demonstrate time management and organisational skills. Have a willingness to take on new challenges, learn new skills, and be mentored by our experienced management team. Candidate must have a strong and reliable work ethic and process-driven mindset to achieve personal remuneration via achievement with Sales Key Performance Indicator targets. Previous experience in a sales role. Motor Salesperson or Dealer Licence, not essential but highly regarded - this will be required at some stage. WHAT ARE WE OFFERING TO ENSURE YOUR SUCCESS?
