If so, we want to hear from you! Glenview Developments & Construction is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Foreman/Project manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in overseeing new construction and renovation projects, ensuring quality workmanship and meeting deadlines. Responsibilities: · Lead and supervise a crew of carpenters, plasterers and TA assigning tasks and ensuring efficient completion of projects · Read and interpret project drawings and specifications · Order and manage building materials and supplies · Conduct regular quality inspections and enforce safety regulations · Maintain accurate project documentation · Troubleshoot carpentry and plastering issues and find solutions · Collaborate with other trades on-site · May occasionally perform carpentry tasks. The ideal candidate will possess: · Minimum 4 years of experience as a site foreman with proven leadership skills · Proficiency in all aspects of C&P packages · Excellent understanding of building codes and safety regulations · Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills · Ability to plan, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively · Valid driver's license · White Card (or equivalent) What we Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience.
