$135,000 – $200,000 per year pending experience Are you an experienced Strata Manager looking to take the next step in your career? About the Role: As a Strata Manager with the Netstrata Group, you will manage a diverse portfolio of properties, providing expert guidance and support to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of strata schemes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Liaise with property owners, committees, and other stakeholders to provide expert advice. Oversee budgets, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Lead and mentor junior team members, contributing to their professional growth. Attend and facilitate strata meetings, addressing any concerns or issues that arise. Develop and implement strategies for long-term property management success. What We’re Looking For: Extensive experience as a Strata Manager with a proven track record in managing complex portfolios. Strong understanding of strata legislation and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships. Leadership qualities, including the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
