Experienced Tax Consultant to manage our H&R Block Office Sale and Bairnsdale offices, Gippsland Region Victoria Largest tax return preparation company in Australia Ongoing training for career growth; management experience not required. We are looking for an experienced Income Tax expert to fill the role of Office Manager in our Sale and/or Bairnsdale office. You will be responsible for providing coaching and mentoring to team members in your office to deliver exceptional service to our clients, assisting clients with their tax preparation needs, and developing strong client relationships. You will have access to H&R Block’s leading tax training and ongoing professional development training year-round. What are we looking for? Extensive experience in individual tax return preparation for clients Willingness to undertake ongoing professional development training Good analytical skills Computer and office skills Great with people Committed to providing the best service to our clients Great at communicating and explaining concepts Previous experience managing staff is not required – we will give you the support and training you need to get into management.
