We are seeking a highly organised and creative Experiential Events Producer to bring extraordinary brand experiences to life. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about translating big ideas into real-world activations. Based in a central Sydney location , we thrive on collaboration, creativity, and pushing boundaries to deliver unforgettable experiential campaigns. Key Responsibilities Include: Event Planning: Oversee the end-to-end planning of experiential campaigns and brand events including scoping and timelines. Financial Management: Excellent financial management skills, with proven experience tracking and managing large budgets. Production Management: Manage the design, production, technical and build of event elements, ensuring they are accurately interpreted to meet creative and quality standards. Team Coordination: Build relationships with creatives, account service, suppliers, and external partners to deliver projects on time and on budget. Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the production phase, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Building Proposals: Build informative presentations that clearly demonstrate project production and creative outputs. On-Site Execution: Lead on-site event execution, including implementing event strategy, managing crews and suppliers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all events comply with health, safety, and legal regulations and that relevant WHS requirements are created and adhered to. Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement. The Ideal Candidate: 2+ years of experience producing experiential events, activations, or campaigns. Proven track record of strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events and deadlines. A creative mindset and a passion for delivering impactful experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong client and vendor relationships. Budget management expertise, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Familiarity with all production processes, including fabrication, digital, branding, talent, technical, and staging. Can demonstrate a highly organised, proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to adapt and stay calm under pressure.
