Job Description About the Role: We are on the hunt for an exceptional Export Sales Manager (Agriculture Products) who is responsible for generating and enhancing the sales of our products in other countries and helping us shape the industry of import & export across the region. This role involves ensuring that our products are available in international markets by analyzing customer trends and developing sales plans and strategies to meet their needs. Duties & Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities by tapping potential customers from different countries. Plan, design, develop, and implement various sales activities by researching customer needs and requirements. Retain and maintain existing clients while developing new customers. Ensure that all sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volumes, and timelines. Develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper export procedures and activities. Review distributor performance and monitor their work to provide relevant information to management. Conduct market research, surveys, and study competitors and their marketing and sales strategies. Create new plans to help the organization compete effectively by prioritizing target countries. Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills. Train and mentor sales representatives and create product awareness in target countries through advertising and marketing campaigns. Prepare sales reports and correspondence in a timely and effective manner. Job Requirements An educational background in marketing, sales, business administration, or management is beneficial. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Export Sales (Agriculture Products) is a MUST . Proficiency in a foreign language other than English is an advantage when interacting with clients and vendors from different countries. Minimum of 7 years of sales experience. Proven sales managerial success. Highly motivated with an existing book of customers and/or suppliers. Strong interpersonal communication skills to develop healthy professional relationships with clients and vendors, demonstrated by exceptional leadership qualities. Excellent negotiation skills are required for determining prices and discounts for various products. Able to work in a target-oriented environment. Able to prioritize work based on given deadlines. Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to perform fast mathematical computations. Proficient in computers to maintain and update various reports. #J-18808-Ljbffr
