This position will be responsible for overseeing the execution of Onboard testing site activities (inbound, outbound) and ensuring compliance with the test and commissioning procedures.Location: Preferred Melbourne, Sydney or Perth – the candidate will be flexible with working location and be willing to enter a FIFO arrangement if required based on project demand.Key Responsibilities Stakeholder management and collaboration with Engineers, Project Managers, and Contractors to ensure that all testing and commissioning activities are executed efficiently and effectively. You will also supervise and lead the onboard team, manage documentation, liaise with stakeholders, and provide updates to relevant parties. Implement detailed plans for the testing and commissioning phases of rail projects. Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure all testing and commissioning activities are executed efficiently and effectively. Supervise and lead the testing team, providing technical guidance and support as needed. Manage the documentation of testing and commissioning activities, including test procedures, results, and final commissioning reports. Liaise with stakeholders to secure necessary approvals and certifications. Provide regular updates on the progress of testing and commissioning activities to project management and other relevant parties. Maintain effective communications towards internal and external stakeholders. Drive consistency in process, systems & data. Team management. Organizational and planning skills. Excellent technical and analytical abilities. Effective communication skills. Qualifications Trade Qualification – Electrical or Mechanical. Cert IV in Management or higher. Must hold an open driving license. Demonstrated Senior experience in Supervision management across the railway industry.
