Expression Of Interest - Project Manager Genus Industrial is seeking expressions of interest for a Project Manager to join Genus on a 2:1 roster. 05th February, 2025 Genus Industrial Services is a leading construction and maintenance company servicing the Mining, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, and Power Generation sectors, as a subsidiary of the GenusPlus Group (ASX:GNP).We are focused on our core values of safety, integrity, quality, and growth. Our people and our culture are the cornerstone of our offering.The Position We are currently inviting expressions of interest from experienced Project Managers who are enthusiastic about the prospect of joining Genus in 2025.The position involves working on a mining project with a 2:1 roster. This is a full-time position with Genus.Duties Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, including in-depth reviews to schedule deliverables, estimate costs, select tools, materials, equipment, and track inventory. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with design, quality, and other client specifications. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain necessary permits and licenses. Build and maintain effective working relationships with project stakeholders, upholding Australian standards and best business practices always. About You Qualification in relevant trade or Engineering (Electrical Trade Preferable). Experience in renewable energy, batteries, high voltage, substations, solar farm, and/or wind farm. Demonstrated minimum 5 years Project Manager experience. Demonstrated experience managing a high-performance team.
