Manage the full recruitment cycle, starting from bringing in new job opportunities to sourcing and interviewing candidates, placing them in roles, and managing client relationships. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. Negotiate contracts and terms of business with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Specialise in Business Support, Finance, or Engineering, allowing you to grow and develop your desk in one of these key markets. About You: Experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates. Highly organised, responsive, and focused on results, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Resilient and tenacious, able to handle rejection and stay motivated. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong customer service skills, with a commitment to providing quality service to clients and candidates.
