Expression of Interest | Business Support | Administration Expression of interest to register for our up-and-coming positions becoming available across various government sectors based in Perth WA. 14th February, 2025 Indigenous Managed Services (IMS) is committed to providing meaningful opportunities across various industries, including Government, Energy & Resources, Mining, and Civil sectors . We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest to provide our government clients with various Business and Administration support . If you have strong administrative experience and thrive in a structured, compliance-driven setting, we’d love to hear from you! Roles are typically 3 to 6 months or longer, with some ending up permanent. You choose your assignments. The type of roles we would be recruiting for include, but are not limited to: Business and Financial Analysts Executive / Personal Assistants Accounts and Payroll Customer Service / Call Operators Procurement and Contract Admins Desktop Support / Help Desk Office All Rounders What You Bring: MUST be a Permanent Resident / Australian Citizen (full working rights) Must be able to provide Police clearance Must be able to provide references Reliable, Professional and easily adaptable to new environments Proven experience in administrative roles Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database systems Adaptable and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a compliance-driven environment High integrity and professionalism Excellent Communication Skills Please provide a cover letter including the hours and days you are available, your location, how you get to work (public Transport or Car), and your expected pay rate.
