Supported by a large demand for ongoing maintenance, our new HV Field Services Team is poised to revolutionise the expectations of a high-voltage contractor. This role provides candidates with the opportunity to play a pivotal role in high-voltage statutory testing, commissioning and maintenance of electrical installations as part of a professional and positive team. Regular travel to remote working locations utilising varying rosters will be a requirement of this role. What are we looking for from you? Your natural ability to perform work to a high standard, and willingness to work closely with your team will be complemented by the following: Certificate III in Electrotechnology or equivalent. Current WA Electrical Licence (A Grade). HV Switching Ticket. Experience with HV & LV electrical switchgear and systems. Exposure to HV electrical equipment and systems for mining and utilities. Experience with high voltage switchyard and substation maintenance, minor works & upgrades. An ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics. Experience working with a multitude of electrical apparatus (TX, CB, CT, VT, Protection systems, DC & Control systems, etc.). Exposure to conducting condition assessment tests on HV apparatus from basic to complex test requirements. Service experience in the electrical trades/technical roles. A commitment to providing exceptional client and customer service. Prepared to travel regularly as required. A positive attitude towards health & safety.
