What this job involves: We’re currently seeking Expressions of Interest for Assistant Building Managers. In this role, you will work onsite across a dedicated portfolio and be a part of the RESIpm team where you are provided with training and mentoring to grow your career. Responsibilities: Meeting the requirements of the Body Corporate Caretaking Agreements and working within all relevant legislation. Assist with Building Management Reports. Assist with ensuring that building procedures are maintained onsite; alongside maintaining up-to-date documentation and compliance. Assist with ensuring there is open and ongoing communication with all stakeholders of the property.
