Expressions of Interest: Make your mark on SkyCity’s multi-year business transformation journey. SkyCity Adelaide is currently embarking on an ambitious, multi-year business transformation program that will redefine the way we operate as a business in the South Australian community. This transformation aims to enhance regulatory compliance, improve customer experience, drive cultural uplift, and strengthen our remediation programs, positioning SkyCity as a leader in the industry. To achieve this vision, we are seeking expressions of interest from talented professionals across a range of disciplines to join our transformation team. Who we're looking for We are looking for motivated individuals with diverse skills and experiences across Host Responsibility/Gambling Harm Minimisation, Remediation and Transformation, Financial Crime, People & Culture, Compliance and Risk (plus more!), who are eager to contribute to our success. Roles will be offered as either 18 or 24 month fixed term contracts, and may include, but are not limited to: Project Managers: Lead and deliver complex transformation projects on time and within scope. Change Management Specialists: Implement strategies to support organisational change. Data Analysts: Provide insights and drive decisions through data. Business Analysts: Identify requirements and recommend solutions to help improve processes, services and products. Risk Managers: Identify, assess and mitigate risks and protect the organisation from potential threats. Host Responsibility/Gambling Harm Minimisation Managers: Enhance safe gambling practises and lead teams through compliance, governance, operations and customer engagement. Remediation Analysts: Investigate and analyse incidents, vulnerabilities or compliance gaps that require remediation. Financial Crime Analysts: Detect, prevent and combat financial crimes such as money laundering, fraud and corruption. Training Designers: Create effective training programs and learning materials that are aligned with organisational goals. Training Facilitators: Plan, deliver and manage training sessions that enhance the learning environment. HR Business Partner: Work closely with senior leaders and managers to align HR strategies with business/program goals. Cultural Transformation Lead: Drive and oversee initiatives that shift the culture to align with the business/program's strategic goals, values, and vision. What you bring A passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A collaborative mindset and commitment to teamwork. Relevant qualifications and/or certifications in your field of expertise. Experience in large scale transformation programs (highly regarded). Experience in highly regulated environments and/or casino and entertainment industries (highly regarded). Ready to apply?
