About the Role Seeking expressions of interest for Senior Structural Designers. The roles will be offered on a full-time basis at our Brisbane CBD office. You will be involved with a diverse range of projects from concept studies, detailed design, procurement, construction, and commissioning within the mining and minerals processing sector. Key Duties Produce models and detailed technical drawings, in accordance with standards, policies, and procedures. Communicate with the project team, provide updates, raise issues, and attend team meetings. Deliver and contribute to practical solutions. Ensure project time and cost are met - monitor the effectiveness of designs, scheduling of work, resource requirements, and review compliance with the project execution plan (schedule) and client expectations. Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior team members. Demonstrate a high standard of personal safety and safe design practices. You Will Have 5+ years relevant experience working on mining and minerals projects. Well-developed communication skills (written and verbal). Excellent attitude, team focus, and commitment towards safety. Proficiency in MicroStation design software highly desirable. Relevant Diploma or Associate Degree advantageous.
