The Extended Hours Program commences from the end of the Kindergarten Program and continues the children’s learning into the afternoon. As our highly respected Coordinator at C&K Corbett Street in the extended program, you’ll work alongside the Educators to provide support and guide children’s learning and development, so they become curious, capable and confident lifelong learners. The program is a unique opportunity to foster continued educational growth for Kindergarten children and allows you to bring your own unique skills and experiences to the role. What you’ll bring Whether you’re an experienced early childhood professional or newly graduated, if you’re energetic, fun and committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success! To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have or be willing to work towards: A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care Actively working towards an ACECQA approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification (highly desirable but not essential) First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card Current National Police Check You will bring a passion for achieving long-lasting, high-quality outcomes for children, their families and the community alongside a team-player mindset - when you join C&K, you join a village of good-hearted, talented people, so you can lean on them as they lean on you.
