Build and nurture strong relationships with clients. Oversee the planning and execution of audits, ensuring compliance with methodology and auditing standards. Review audit team deliverable and monitor projects to stay within time and budget constraints. Prepare key deliverable, including audit closing reports. Present audit findings at Committee and Board meetings as needed. Provide leadership, training, and on-the-job feedback to the audit team. Foster motivation, collaboration, and a sense of shared goals among team members. Requirements: Proven technical expertise in accounting and auditing. A bachelor's degree in accounting (or related discipline) and CA qualification. 5-7 years experience, of which 2-3 years of experience working as a Manager; leading and managing engagements. Experience as performance manager and excellent communication skills. Ability to work on multiple clients simultaneously, either in a mid-tier or big four firm. Experience in servicing a portfolio of clients across various industries. Proven experience in one of the following markets: Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, UK, Europe.
