What you'll be doing As a hands-on leader with a strong passion for customer support, you will take an active role in communicating and coordinating with clients, while also providing hands-on resolution and technical guidance for the team. We are seeking a talented F5 Network Engineer who excels in a dynamic environment and provides outstanding customer support. In this position, you will oversee the daily operations of our client's F5 Environment and Datacentre Network. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring incidents, managing issues within SLAs, planning and deploying updates for security maintenance, and assisting with upgrades to improve system performance. Configure and maintain F5 load balancers to enhance application delivery and uptime. Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations of large data centre networks, prioritizing performance and reliability. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot problems, and address incidents promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute network upgrades and enhancements. Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations and processes. Working Conditions Civic, ACT Permanent full time Australian Citizen with Active NV1 Security Clearance On-call requirement What will make you successful in this role? Experience with: F5 load balancers Cisco data centre network switching and routing TCP/IP, routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), and network security principles Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and remediation Familiarity with standard ITIL processes, including incident, change, problem, and configuration management ITIL, F5, certifications are highly desirable How to apply Recruitment Agencies/Headhunters: We got this covered.
