About the Opportunity: FCM Corporate Travel Consultant - Accommodation In this role you will manage emergency accommodation bookings for a national insurance company. You’ll be someone who loves to connect with customers and can show compassion and empathy in times of need. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-year travel consulting experience; however, this could also be an opportunity for the right candidate to step into Corporate Travel without a travel background and build up their experience. Our ideal candidate will understand what excellent service means for customers and be business and travel industry oriented. You’ll like working in a team environment, but also be comfortable working autonomously. You’re someone who enjoys being part of a company with a serious focus on keeping employees happy, productive, and supported. All About You: Strong verbal and written communication with an ability to listen carefully, demonstrate empathy, and deliver clear options Experience in a customer service role Ability to learn new systems Strong time management skills and professionalism Multitasking and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and customer expectations in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail A 'can do' attitude Leisure or Corporate Travel Management experience Global Distribution System (GDS) - Sabre would be highly regarded!
