About the Team We are seeking individuals with strong C-suite connections and deep local market expertise who are passionate about creating business opportunities and driving client engagement. This is a Business Development role on a minimum 12-month Independent Contractor basis, where you will: Gain full exposure to our processes and solutions. Leverage your market knowledge and network to generate leads and drive sales. Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives. Develop a solid understanding of clients and their industry sectors over time. Drive sales across all service lines, including research services, consulting, and marketing solutions, within multiple industries. Be compensated solely based on success*, earning 10% to 12% of deal sizes. Industry Sectors ( Healthcare ICT Energy and Environment Industrial Technology Chemicals, Materials and Nutrition Mobility Supply Chain and Logistics Security This role offers the potential for unlimited earnings, with compensation tied to milestone-based success invoicing. Please note that there is no fixed basic salary. *purely on success basis, with no monthly retainer fee Qualifications Experience: 10+ years of business development, sales, or client engagement experience. Proven track record of working with C-suite executives and decision-makers. Strong network and established relationships within local and regional markets . Experience in B2B sales, consulting, market research, or professional services . Prior success in an independent contractor, commission-based, or entrepreneurial role is a plus. Skills: Strategic networking & relationship-building with senior executives. Lead generation & deal-closing expertise across multiple industries. Excellent negotiation & communication skills. Ability to identify market opportunities and drive revenue growth. Strong business acumen with an understanding of market trends and industry dynamics .
