No Offer Description Four-year Fixed Term Contract | Full-Time Higher Education Officer Level 8 | $110,581 - $122,420 p.a. + 17% superannuation FHMRI Sleep Health conducts world-leading transdisciplinary research to advance knowledge of sleep, sleep disorders, and develop new treatments to improve sleep. It is situated within the College of Medicine and Public Health and provides a clinical service focused on treatment for insomnia and sleep-disordered breathing. About the Role This position will work closely with the laboratory manager, other academics, and clinical staff to provide strategic operational delivery of research and clinical objectives for FHMRI Sleep Health. Under broad direction, the AISH/FHMRI Sleep Health Clinic Manager will provide high-quality leadership and management of the clinics and clinical research operations. About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Completion of a degree in a related field (e.g., science, medicine, physiology, psychology, or business administration) or a combination of relevant experience and training. Proven experience in managing and leading a clinical service-based team. Strong ability to think strategically, plan effectively, and analyse service provision to drive results. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams to consistently provide high-quality services. Experience in budget planning, maintaining confidential records, and advising staff on account management.
