We are currently looking for qualified and experienced Chefs to join our team in the Wagga Wagga region (NSW). Qualified Chef – Certificate III or above in Commercial Cookery Minimum 2 years’ experience in high volume bulk cooking HACCP Food handling experience Must have a broad knowledge of food allergens and allergen safety. Strong awareness of Hygiene & Food Safety Standards Attention to detail, fantastic food presentation and strong organisational skills. The Position: Preparing buffet style bulk cooking for a variety of services – breakfast, lunch, dinner and functions Ensure all OH&S and HACCP compliance is achieved. Follow all catering controls in place with a keen focus on reducing wastage Ensuring outstanding service is provided to the customer Benefits: Competitive Remuneration!
