What's the role? We are seeking an experienced Graduate HSE Advisor to join the Qube team within our Northern Goldfields region , to provide HSE leadership on safety culture, compliance and standards across all site operations. What are we offering? Full-time – FIFO Ex Perth Roster – 4 Days on-site, 3 days off-site Accommodation, meals & flights provided Ongoing development opportunities for career growth Specific Responsibilities including but not limited to: Assist with the coordination of all functional safety issues including risk assessments, systems development and the maintenance of relevant records and reports Conduct workplace inspections and audits, implement improvement plans where any gaps are identified Lead/participate in incident investigation processes Ensure site compliance with all OHS and mining legislation Follow the requirements of the SHEMS documentation including Rules, Procedures and Instructions Drive culture change from the ground up on operating standards, risk awareness and safety culture Initiate and verify solutions and control further processing until deficiencies have been corrected To be successful in this role, it is essential that candidates have: Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety or relevant university graduate diploma in safety Holds a current National Police Clearance Strong understanding of WA mining regulations Tertiary qualification in a relevant field ICAM Investigation qualification and experience Strong computer and communication skills Adaptability and flexibility essential Hands-on approach with coaching/mentoring skills Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment If you would like the opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing Ports, Transport and Logistics companies in Australia, then please click on the "Apply" button below or email our recruitment team at At Qube we value diversity in the workplace and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds.
