6 Month Contract position with a rapidly growing tech scale-up backed by a Private Equity. 05th February, 2025 About the company Allura Partners is working with a Private Equity backed fintech business, seeking an FP&A Analyst with SQL experience. About the role This role will sit within the Financial Planning & Analysis team, where you'll play a key role in supporting financial and operational decision-making. You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to provide insightful analysis and reporting on key performance metrics. Duties/Key responsibilities Develop and maintain complex financial models, scenario analyses, and forecasts to support business performance and growth. Perform in-depth data analysis, identifying trends and insights to assist senior stakeholders with strategic decisions. Collaborate with both finance and non-finance teams to ensure data-driven decision-making. Provide regular financial reporting, including variance analysis, KPI tracking, and insights to senior leadership. Assist in the preparation of board reports and presentations for investors and key stakeholders. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and emerging opportunities in the education sector. Skills and experience Strong financial modelling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel. Experience working with large data sets, financial systems, and reporting tools. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from data. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable format. Strong proficiency with SQL required.
