Fast Growing Renewables Organisation based in Melbourne's CBD. $130,000-155,000 + Superannuation, Hybrid working, Immediate start About Our Client Our client is a large organisation in the renewables industry, renowned for its high-quality services and strong market presence. With an innovative approach to operations, they continuously strive to maintain their position as a leading player in the industry. The Organisation has grown to a turnover of roughly $350m and is backed by Private Equity. Having doubled their size in the last 3 years, they continue to have a massive appetite for growth (both organic and through acquisition). Job Description Reporting to the CFO, the role will include but not be limited to: Drive the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks Assist with the organisation's 5 year Business Plan Retain constant awareness of the company's financial position and act to prevent problems Assist with the implementation of an ERP Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel Oversee all audit and internal control operations Month end activities as required Full control of the Management reporting suite Once settled into the role and an FP&A function is established, the role will recruit and manage a team below Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper management The Successful Applicant A successful FP&A Manager should have: Hands-on approach Proven experience in FP&A Strong Accounting skills and knowledge Strong Excel skills and ability to deal with large data sets Strong organisational and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers CA/CPA Qualification What's on Offer A competitive salary range An inclusive and collaborative company culture Chance to make this newly created role your own, assist with the implementation of a system and grow out a team in the future If this is of interest, please apply ASAP or alternatively email #J-18808-Ljbffr
