Bachrach Naumburger Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to support our Brisbane office overseeing daily operations of our local property portfolio. About The Role The Facilities Administration is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the nine Queensland properties, handling administrative tasks, coordinating with various stakeholders, and providing exceptional service to tenants. This is an onsite office-based position for either Full Time or Part Time (flexible) hours. Responsibilities Tenant liaison for operational/maintenance issues including air conditioning, plumbing, electrical & handyman tasks. Notifying tenants of planned maintenance works. Issuing Purchase Orders to service vendors. Local property inspections for maintenance issues – coordinating contractors to resolve as required. Issuing keys for all properties, including key and security card audits. Organising regular Fire Training and coordinating with tenants. Coordinating the regular planned maintenance for properties. Monthly cleaning inspections for adjacent/local buildings with cleaning contractor. Lodging incident reports, hazard reports, and impairment notices. Responsible for promoting a safety culture and related inspections. General office admin duties. The Milton office services our tenants in Queensland with the support of our head office in Coffs Harbour. About You You are a hardworking and detail-oriented individual, driven to achieve results. You are organised and possess good communication skills and use initiative to get the job done. Ideally, you have some background in facilities or property leasing; however, training specific to the role will be provided. You will ideally possess the following skills, attributes, and experience: Good time management is essential. Self-motivated and able to prioritise tasks effectively. Shows initiative and able to ensure jobs are completed to a high standard.
