About the Role As the Facilities Contract Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality service outcomes. You will also play a key role in safety management and compliance across this multi-site portfolio. Key Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing the Contract Management Plan and operational strategies. Monitoring budgets, service levels, and performance to achieve KPI targets. Leading and mentoring a high-performing team, ensuring skill development and succession planning. Driving compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. About You To be successful in this role, it is essential to have: Degree or trade qualification preferable with 5+ years of experience in facilities or contract management.
