Facilities & Maintenance Manager - Sydney Based Join Yo-Chi and keep the chi flowing! If you thrive in multi-site QSR or retail environments and love keeping things in top shape, we want you on board! The Role Reporting to the Construction Manager, you’ll oversee venue repairs, maintenance, and equipment servicing across Australia. You’ll work closely with venue teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure our stores stay fully operational. What You’ll Do Develop and manage maintenance schedules for venues and equipment. Oversee repairs, preventative maintenance, and emergency fixes. Control costs, negotiate with suppliers, and manage service contracts. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards. Travel interstate to support venue maintenance needs. Who You Are QSR or multi-site retail maintenance experience is a must. Strong project management and organisational skills. Trade contacts across Australia and a practical understanding of repair costs.
