Your Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to deliver best support services; Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a seamless and highly functional workplace; Manage procurement, supplier contracts, and operational budgets with a strategic focus; Oversee office lease arrangements, building management relationships, and compliance; Spearhead office fit-outs, relocations, and space planning initiatives; Champion health, safety, and business continuity planning to ensure a secure and efficient environment; Drive continuous improvement, identifying innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness; Play a key role in major firmwide initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of events, responsible business activities, and operational projects.
