What this opportunity involves: We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Manager to join our Client Team onsite and provide support with respect to the operation and maintenance of the allocated portfolio. This includes any designated financial, technical, maintenance, procurement, asset, and vendor management programs, and to provide facilities administration duties in accordance with company policies, procedures, and processes. It is critical for this role to engage with stakeholders across all levels of the business to ensure that service delivery expectations are met without introducing financial or tenure risk. A snapshot of the role: Proactively develop and manage the relationship with the occupier and client to ensure service delivery expectations are exceeded to facilitate works. Assist delivery of customer and property services within the allocated portfolio. Assist delivery of building inspections and complete associated reports within the governance timeframe for the allocated portfolio. Ensure compliance with regulations/requirements of client contract and all facilities procedures. Assist administration and organization of information for analysis and presentation to senior management team. Liaison with facilities vendors, coordinate facilities works as and when required in conjunction with JLL Projects & Development Services account team. Assist facilities-related projects as in line with agreed budget or works plans; ensuring close interaction with affected business units. Sound like you? You adopt a hands-on approach to problem solving and can juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic workplace. You think on-the-go and can collaborate with multiple stakeholders with ease. Additionally, you possess: Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related field preferred. Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities, and vendor management for specialized services is advantageous. 3-7 years proven experience working in a corporate real estate/facilities related field. Understanding of Facilities Management services involving the provision of both reactive and routine maintenance across the allocated portfolio with 24-hour call-out/contract requirement. As there is a requirement to travel to sites across the allocated portfolio, a current and valid Driver’s License must be held. Location: On-site – Canberra, ACT #J-18808-Ljbffr
