In this role, you'll: Be responsible for the development and implementation of asset specific maintenance plans and contributing to the development of routine maintenance, major periodic maintenance and capital growth and improvement programs for facilities assets in Sydney Trains. Assist with the development and management of the Asset Register, including delivering a state-wide Asset Validation and Condition Assessment. Coordinate stakeholders in the development of long-term asset maintenance / management plans, and forward estimates (funding strategy) for facilities assets, through workshops and stakeholder meetings. This permanent position is available in a hybrid working model with flexibility to work in our Sydney based offices. About you: Extensive experience in delivering visionary asset management leadership, applying innovative and specialist problem solving skills to achieve outstanding outcomes in matters related to Asset Management, across large and complex Commercial and/or Industrial property portfolios. In-depth knowledge, understanding and application of asset management and planning processes related to facilities asset systems. Demonstrated strong problem solving, research and analytical skills and capacity to present information and data in a logical and coherent manner.
