Role Description & Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact at the office, greeting staff and guests and managing incoming calls and correspondence. Coordinate facilities management tasks including maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and security protocols to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Assist in procurement activities, including sourcing goods and services, managing purchase orders, and monitoring budgets and expenditures. Provide administrative support to the Real Estate Manager, including reporting on staff seating systems, sustainability, and other facilities functions as required. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Qualifications: Previous experience in a facilities or administrative role preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Details: Office based role in the CBD of Perth WA Permanent Part Time: 22hrs per week / 4 x 5.5hr days / 9am – 2:30pm Excellent team culture and supportive environment What's in it for you?
