Base Pay Range A$100,000.00/yr - A$120,000.00/yr Are you an experienced Facilities Management professional with a keen eye for asset auditing and a strong grasp of data analysis? Do you thrive in both boots-on-ground site work and strategic desktop analysis? If so, this role is for you! About the Role A boutique but rapidly growing facilities and asset management consultancy is seeking a hands-on Senior Consultant to work across asset audits, software training, and team leadership. This dynamic position requires flexibility, as responsibilities will shift between onsite audits and desktop analysis depending on project needs. Working with a favourite client of ours, you will be exposed to a variety of projects, asset classes and clients! Be paid to travel around Australia and support onsite operational teams! It is an extremely varied role that will keep you engaged and busy. Key Responsibilities: Conducting onsite asset audits, ensuring accuracy of data input and working in live environments. Perform data analysis using Excel (VLOOKUP, pivots) to support asset management decisions and database management. Deliver software presentations and training sessions to clients – be involved across the project lifespan! Lead and provide technical advice to audit teams, ensuring projects meet accuracy, budget, and performance in line with contractual KPI’s. Provide insights into Facilities Management operations, supporting clients through asset transitions. Facilities Management experience, particularly in site operations and asset auditing. Full Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a car. Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship. Willingness to travel regionally and interstate as needed. Ability to adapt between onsite and desktop work based on project demands. Proven leadership experience will be highly regarded! Why Join?
