The Opportunity An exciting opportunity is available for a driven and highly skilled Facility Manager to lead our Yeoval Facility in the Western Region. With a strong background in Aged Care and recent management experience, this role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact while driving the success of our team and facility. You will have the autonomy to lead the role while receiving support from a strong, engaged, and experienced regional leadership and corporate team. About You Current AHPRA registration Proven management experience in mentoring and supervising a multi-disciplinary team Familiarity with best practice documentation and relevant Commonwealth aged care funding instruments Previous experience as an Aged Care Facility Manager is desirable A strong commitment to Quality Improvement and Aged Care Accreditation Standards. An understanding of the Aged Care Act, best practice documentation, and Commonwealth aged care funding instruments Genuine empathy and care for aged care residents Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Tertiary qualifications in a related field (advantageous but not essential) The successful candidate is required to have completed or has a willingness to undertake the following pre-employment screening: Vaccinated in accordance with UPA’s Immunisation and Vaccination Policy.
