Job Description: Factory Admin & Customer Service Specialist (Full-Time) Location: The Jerky Co Factory 2 Uppill Pl, Wangara WA 6065 Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual looking for a full-time opportunity? The Jerky Co is seeking a motivated, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team at our head office located in Wangara, Western Australia. As the Factory Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. Responsibilities: Prepare online orders & labels through Shopify daily. Manage all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls. Manage office supplies, kitchenette and equipment inventory, placing orders as needed. Serve & take payments for walk-in wholesale customers. Help maintain a clean and organised working environment. Provide administrative support to the factory management team and employees. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. Assist with forming documentation for processes and procedures within the factory. Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative or similar role. Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. A proactive and positive attitude towards work. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedule. Experience with using Shopify is preferred, but not essential. Experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred, but not essential. Salary and Benefits: Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience.
