Job Description

We are looking for lawyers with 2 years plus family law experience to join our fast-growing team. We have positions at both our Chatswood and Parramatta offices available. Our team delivers expert legal services across the full spectrum of family law, criminal law, wills and estate litigation, contractual disputes, and debt recovery. Key Responsibilities: Handling cases independently under supervision Conducting client conferences and attending mediations and informal settlement conferences Maintaining high levels of communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders Researching legal issues Assisting senior lawyers with case preparation Skills and Experience: Bachelor of Laws or equivalent and a current NSW practising certificate Minimum 2 plus years post admission experience Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to understand and manage details to deliver commercially viable, accessible, and legally sound solutions Strong skills in influencing and persuading effectively, always in the best interests of the client and organisation Proven planning and time management skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities to meet deadlines Bi-lingual language skills a plus What We Offer: We will provide you with the opportunity to work with a talented team in a flexible and inclusive environment with a clear focus on high quality work, supported by a committed mentor in your career development.
