The Opportunity This role offers exposure to a broad range of family law matters, including: Divorce and separation, guiding clients through complex legal processes Parenting disputes and child custody matters, advocating for fair outcomes Property settlements and financial disputes, ensuring equitable resolutions Mediation and dispute resolution, working towards amicable agreements You will be joining a collaborative and supportive team , benefiting from strong mentorship, career development opportunities, and a firm culture that prioritises care, professionalism, and excellence. Who We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you will need: A current Australian practising certificate A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in family law (Associate, Senior Associate, or Special Counsel) Strong knowledge of Family Law legislation and court procedures Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills A client-focused mindset with high levels of empathy and professionalism The ability to manage competing deadlines and meet billable targets (5-7 per day) What’s on Offer?
