The opportunity We're seeking an exceptional Practice Manager to join our leadership team and drive operational excellence while helping shape our strategic direction. Your impact Oversee daily operations of the practice, allowing our CEO to focus on strategic growth initiatives Interview new clients, supervise onboarding. Draft, negotiate and administer cost agreements. Oversee service delivery, invoicing and offboarding. Lead and support our team of lawyers and support staff Implement systems and processes to enhance efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction Collaborate with the CEO on strategic planning and execution Contribute directly to the growth and evolution of our innovative service model The ideal applicant Experienced family lawyer Technology management and operational optimisation skills Leadership experience Innovation mindset and interest in technology-enabled service delivery Entrepreneurial spirit and growth orientation. Strong business acumen. Practice management experience an advantage. Interest in social justice a must.
