An exciting opportunity to join our expanding primary care network in Sidney. We offer a team-based approach to primary care where we work in collaboration with other network doctors to cover clinic hours and participate in community hospital care at the Saanich Peninsula Hospital. Practice Information: We are seeking two physicians to join our team to provide weekly coverage for the family physician on rotation at the Saanich Peninsula Hospital. Additional work is available in the Walk In Clinics. 23-room family practice and walk-in clinic 14 Family Physicians MedAccess EMR Team of experienced MOAs to support your work Pharmacy This is an opportunity to be part of a team and experience a well-run primary care clinic, provide longitudinal care, without having the responsibility of your own panel. Management of the clinic is provided by the Shoreline Medical Society, a non-profit organization that partners with interdisciplinary health care providers and the community to deliver patient-centred care, hospital/community continuity of care, education, and a healthy life-work balance for our team.
