This could be either gained in face-to-face industries such as retail or hospitality or in a call centre. You have the ability to sell products and services in a caring and sensitive way and can demonstrate your track record meeting and exceeding KPIs. About the role: Reporting to the Parks and Gardens Manager, you will have the responsibility of leading the Park sales team. You will be working directly with client families helping them to decide on both preneed and at-need memorialisation. This is an essential service we offer, and the team's role is to understand and deliver solutions to people at a sensitive and critical time. The rewards of the role can be both personal and financial. Your experience will be varied, but you do need to have previous staff supervision experience, good computer skills, and a 'can-do' attitude. What skills and experience do you need?
