Location: Shepparton (Onsite, 1 day per fortnight WFH for full-time staff) Work Flexibility: Full-time (part-time 0.8 EFT options available) Salary: $85,000 - $91,000 + Super + Salary Packaging Contract: Ongoing Are you passionate about supporting victim-survivors of family violence? Tradewind, the leading community services recruitment agency, is seeking Family Violence Case Managers to provide comprehensive case management and support services. Key Responsibilities: Provide case management support to victim-survivors of family violence Address mental health, AOD, housing, and financial assistance needs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support Advocate for client safety and long-term wellbeing What We're Looking For: Experience in family violence case management OR experience in family services, AOD, homelessness, or youth case management Willing to support REC209 upskilling , including 5 days study leave and partial/full course funding Passion for working in the family violence sector and supporting vulnerable communities Generous Benefits Package: Professional Development: Allowance + Study Leave (5 days full-time) Leave Entitlements: 4 weeks annual leave, 12+ days personal leave, 20 days family violence leave Relocation Assistance: $3,500 upfront + $1,000 after 12 months + referral to a Community Connector Program for relocation support Work-Life Balance: Access to purchased leave and flexible arrangements Why work with Tradewind?
