Job Description
Our team is looking for an experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our farm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, specifically in stone fruit or similar operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the farm, including orchards, gardens, vegetables, animals, game, maintenance, and business operations. Responsibilities: Implement efficient production plans to ensure optimal yield and quality. Supervise crop production tasks, including irrigation, fertilisation, pest control, and harvesting. Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff members and external stakeholders. Continuously evaluate and improve farm operations and productivity. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in stone fruit or similar agricultural operations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
